Prospective remote employees could receive very high wages and incentives if they join an operation in Queensland’s Cook Shire.
Fly-in fly-out (FIFO) recruits will be paid “top $$$” at Rio Tinto’s Amrun Bauxite Mine in Mission River, 225km southwest of Weipa.
Contracted scraper and final trim grader operators could receive up to $11,000 while servicemen and compactor operators stand to pocket up to $10,000 for each fortnightly swing.
The following equipment needs new hands:
- 623 and 637 scrapers
- 825 compactors
- service trucks
- 16M graders.
Click here to apply. Successful applicants will also be paid for either six hours’ (Brisbane) or five hours’ (Cairns and Townsville) FIFO and travel time. Daytime rosters are two weeks on, one week off. A $2500 completion bonus, camp accommodation and meals are also provided.
“Earn top $$$ up to Christmas [with] paid FIFO and travel time from Bris Vegas, Cairns and Townsville,” the recruitment agency said on the Seek website.
“No vaccination [is] required.”
