A resources multinational honoured a devoted worker.

BHP recently declared a cafe should be named after a loyal employee at its Mining Area C operation, 334km south of Port Hedland.

The Packsaddle Village Cafe was renamed as Ziggy’s in recognition of Zivko Musulin’s 40-year stint at the proponent.

Musulin has since retired after working at the same operation for 17 years-in-a-row.

“Ziggy retired earlier this year but is certainly keeping his legacy going with his son Antonio who is following in his father’s footsteps having worked at MAC for the last 10 years as a drill and blast supervisor,” the company said in its latest Community Connect publication.

“Congratulations Ziggy!”
