Be part of All-Energy Australia 2017
Against the backdrop of South Australia’s power crisis and a $9.3 million seed funding announcement between
Energy Australia and Redback Technologies, All-Energy Australia caught the attention of the industry in 2016.
More than 4,500 industry professionals walked through the doors of last year’s trade show and conference,
cementing its reputation as the most comprehensive clean and renewable energy event in the country.
All eyes are now back on All-Energy Australia, as organisers open registrations for the ninth year which will be
held Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from 11 – 12 October 2017.
Held in partnership with the Clean Energy Council, the 2017 program will showcase expert opinions from more
than 120 speakers along with featuring more than 120 domestic and international exhibiting companies.
Highlights include AEMO’s Audrey Zibelma, RES’ Tanya Jackson, Schneider Electric’s Kim Kreutz, Tesla
Energy’s Lara Olsen, Nexergy’s Darius Salgo and the Essential Services Commission’s James Clinch.
All-Energy Australia Exhibition Director Robby Clark said: “The way we consume and generate energy is
changing. All-Energy Australia dedicates itself to those interested in this idea.”
“In less than a decade, we’ve seen the conversation shift dramatically. Innovations in peer-to-peer trading,
transforming utility models and scalable energy storage technologies are among our focuses for this year.”
Clean Energy Council Chief Executive Kane Thornton said the event was an opportunity to look back on a
record-breaking year while considering the challenges headed our way in 2018.
“It’s been an unprecedented year for our industry, with dozens of projects underway. These add up to about $8
billion of investment and are set to create thousands of new jobs,” said Mr Thornton.
New to All-Energy Australia this year, solar installers will be able to accrue 15 CPD points per attended session
of the Clean Energy Council’s Solar Masterclass Series.
Beyond the two-day conference program is the All-Energy Australia trade show, which is set to feature live
demonstrations, product releases and tailored advice from companies including Tesla, Fronius, LG, ABB
Australia, NEXTracker, Clenergy, Canadian Solar Australia and more.
Organisers have scheduled a number of networking opportunities across the two days, helping delegates meet
like-minded professionals from a range of visiting sectors. This includes the Clean Energy Council’s Solar
Design and Installation Awards Night, scheduled for Wednesday 11 October.
Major sponsors include NEXTracker, the Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and
Resources, ABB Australia, Array Technology, One Stop Warehouse, Powerark Solar, SolarEdge, BayWare
Renewable Energy, TBEA Energy and Flex.
